VELANI offers FREE standard shipping for orders over $150! 

Allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Please check your email to receive your shipping confirmation and tracking number for your order. 

You can expect your order to arrive within 3-10 business days. Please note delivery times may vary depending on influx of orders. We are working on getting your orders shipped out as soon as we can and we thank you for shopping with us!

Wrong Address

VELANI Collective is NOT responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the correct shipping address before you checkout.

If the package leaves VELANI Collective with the incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost, once we receive their package back. You also have the option to pick it up for free. If the package is not delivered back to us and goes to the incorrect address, VELANI Collective will not be held responsible. 

Lost, Damaged or Stolen Package

Once the package leaves VELANI and is in the hands of the carrier. VELANI Collective is NOT responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. Please contact your local carrier for information and tracking.  USPS 1-800-ASK-USPS or UPS 1-888-742-5877.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after arrival for items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags still attached. The customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back to the retailer. Your return will be processed as soon as it arrives back to us and you will be issued STORE CREDIT. Please note original shipping and return shipping costs are not reimbursed. Any items purchased with a discount code or on sale are considered FINAL SALE.
